We first visited the pub in 1989 and continued to visit it every year until we decided to move to the village. We recommend it to everyone - you will not be disappointed.April 18, 2017
- 1 / 5By Fred SharpWe waited over ONE and HALF HOURS for a rubbish meal. that was cold veg. cold chips and over cooked pie. Then he had the gall to overcharge by£3.00. He also overcharged for a pint of bitter and double gin &tonic £9.53 Another table of 5 waited longer than us 6 then walked out and he said he could charge them for for the meals. Got home to Wirral and had a 3 course Sunday roast for a tenner, without any waiting. He charged £10 for cheese burger and chips and left off the cheese... We will NOT be going back until the cook and manager have gone.January 08, 2017
